Warehouse Operator (f/m/d) 100% Fixed-term position (09.2023-12.2024)
This position is a fixed-term position from September 2023 until December 2024.
As Warehouse Operator you are supplying the materials for our production with the right products, in the right quality and at the right cost, at the right time, in the right quantity and to the right place. You are responsible for the storage of materials according to GxP standards and you are working closely with 3PL and internal partners.
My main tasks will be…
- Processing of shipments in goods receipt including incoming inspections and booking in the ERP system
- Responsible to ensure all material for production is provided on time for manufacturing requirements production
- Responsible for the correct operational handling of the processes (goods receipt, goods issue) in compliance with compliance requirements (GMP, dangerous goods)
- Preparation of shipment documents
- Packing and processing of GMP, dangerous goods, refrigerated and deep-frozen shipments in outgoing goods
- Administrative activities such as warehouse management and preparation of shipping documents
- Coordination with our 3PL service provider
I bring with me…
- Completed apprenticeship as Logistician EFZ, further training as a logistics specialist FA is an advantage
- Several years of experience in Production Supply and in a GMP-regulated production plant
- Highly experienced in working with SAP
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, German is an advantage
- Good GMP knowledge
- Drive for continues improvement and act proactively
- Independent, agile, flexible, accurate and clean way of working
